Additionally, the bike is equipped with factory-installed SW-MOTECH®-designed luggage, including black aluminum hardcases that provide a combined 120 liters of storage capacity. These luggage cases are reinforced with CVO™-specific finishes, contributing both to aesthetics and durability. The top case also features a passenger backrest, enhancing comfort during long-distance travel. Decorative CVO™ inserts are found on various components, such as the engine covers, grips, seat, and fuel tank console.

Engine and Performance

At the core of the 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® is the Revolution® Max 1250 engine, an advanced powertrain that doubles as a load-bearing chassis component. The engine delivers 150 horsepower and 95 ft-lb of torque.

The bike's engine is paired with an advanced 6-speed gearbox, designed to provide smooth shifts. For added convenience, the quickshifter allows riders to shift gears without the need to engage the clutch.

Suspension and Handling

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® is equipped with a semi-active suspension system. The 47mm inverted fork in the front features electronic damping control. The rear suspension system includes a monoshock with automatic electronic preload control and semi-active compression and rebound damping.

One of the key features of the suspension system is the Adaptive Ride Height (ARH), which automatically adjusts the seat height depending on the riding situation.

Advanced Rider Technology and Ride Modes

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® is equipped with a range of advanced technology aimed at enhancing rider control and safety. The bike features a 6.8-inch TFT display that serves as the central control hub for managing various settings, including ride modes, navigation, and media.

There are nine distinct ride modes available, offering a wide range of performance profiles. The bike comes with five pre-programmed ride modes, which include Sport, Touring, Rain, Off-Road, and Off-Road Plus, as well as four rider-programmable modes. These ride modes adjust settings such as throttle response, suspension settings, and traction control to suit different road and weather conditions.

Brake and Safety Features

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® incorporates an array of safety features to ensure a stable and controlled ride. The cornering-enhanced ABS (C-ABS) system adjusts braking pressure depending on the bike’s lean angle. The cornering enhanced traction control system (C-TCS) ensures that the rear wheel doesn’t spin excessively under acceleration.

The electronic linked braking (ELB) system applies braking effort to both the front and rear wheels when the front brake is engaged. Additionally, the Drag-Torque Slip Control System (DSCS) helps prevent rear-wheel lockup during sudden downshifts or rapid throttle closure.

The bike also features Vehicle Hold Control (VHC), which holds the brakes engaged during stops on inclines. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alerts riders when tire pressure falls outside optimal ranges, helping to prevent issues that could affect handling or safety.

Wheels and Tires

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® is equipped with tubeless laced wheels. The 17-inch front wheel and 19-inch rear wheel are paired with Michelin® Scorcher "Adventure" radial tires.
